Hello

My name is Karen and I’m a Certified Mindfulness Meditation teacher working with organizations and individuals to offer a solution to burnout, stress, and finding more happiness.

​

With over 20 years in the business sector I was constantly balancing the demands of work, family, friendships, and community.  I get it!

​

That is why I made the decision in 2022 to leave my executive position and to begin teaching what I know. By combining my corporate experience with my mindfulness training, I have created a program that teaches you a new way to lead and live, one that balances your goals with overall wellbeing. Through my approach, I will demonstrate and train how to personally live each day while being present for yourself and others.  The training builds resilience, improves relationships, increases focus, and improves overall health and happiness.

I was recently asked in an interview what I believe my greatest purpose is and the answer was clear.  Helping others find in themselves their strength, courage, resilience and inner light.
