3 Program Offerings

Introduction to Mindfulness - The full program consists of  

6 one-hour sessions that build skills week by week.  

At the end of the program, employees will be able to:

  • Have a working understanding of meditation and mindfulness and its benefits

  • Use skills to better manage stress and improve working relationships

  • See more clearly the present situation and respond appropriately

  • Improve concentration, allowing for more productivity and creativity

  • Resource for themselves when overwhelmed and burnt out

  • Develop an at home practice

 

Guided Meditation -30 minute minimum

This is structured as a drop-in session, where employees can participate at their own discretion. With the overall goal of providing support for employee wellbeing.

  • For those that need a break from a hectic day

  • Provides an opportunity to reduce stress, relax

  • Provides an opportunity to get out of your head and drop into your body

  • Reset for the day

 

Customized - Workshops, Off-sites, Team Building

Creating a program around your company’s specific goals.  The program can be adjusted easily, providing the opportunity to respond to employees needs.

  • Opportunity to build your own program

  • Choose from any of the 6 sessions to support a one-off event, i.e., staff meeting, conference etc.

  • Ability to add on a “Drop-in Guided Meditation”

  • Programs can be built for a group or an individual

  • Support for 1 on 1 follow-up

Programs can be delivered on-site or at The Mindfulness Studio
