offering Drop-In weekly practice sessions, Instructional Classes and Retreats

I opened The Mindfulness Studio in April, 2023 as a place where people can reconnect, practice and learn mindfulness while also building community.  Backdropped by the Royal River, the studio was designed to instill peace and calm through a connection with nature.  It truly is a magical place!  

 

Drop-In Sessions - building community and connection - offered on a donation basis

​The format of the weekly drop-in session is simple, I will lead a guided meditation, follow it up with a new skill or topic and we will finish with an opportunity to practice and ask questions. Sessions will be offered in person and virtually. Joining in person? A cup of tea will be waiting for you!

 

Instructional Classes - Group or One on One 

Provides the opportunity to learn what mindfulness is while developing mindfulness skills in a relaxed and supportive setting.  Classes will be offered both in person and virtually.

Retreats

Retreats provide a great opportunity to refresh, recharge and rebalance.  Set on the Royal River, the Mindfulness Studio provides the perfect location to connect with nature, while practicing in a small group setting.  Each retreat will include guided instructions, meditation practice, gentle movement, nature walk and a healthy meal.

Instructional Classes

New 4 Week Class Offering - Mindfulness Skills Training

The class consists of 4 weekly 1 hour sessions, building skills each week.  At the end of the program my goal is that you:

  • have a working understanding of meditation and mindfulness and its benefits

  • you have the ability to better manage stress and improve relationships

  • see more clearly the present situation and be able to respond appropriately

  • improve concentration, allowing for more productivity and creativity

  • resource for yourself when overwhelmed and burnt out
