As we end the year, it is easy to want to flip the page, forget what has happened and move forward.

In these few moments, take a pause and reflect on this past year, bringing a sense of gratitude and compassion for everything experienced.

Take a moment and reflect on all the people that made this year special; friends, family, caregivers, people you may know closely and those that you causally pass by. As you gather them up, whisper to yourself a gentle intention of gratitude, wishing them peace, happiness, and health in the coming year.

Take a moment to reflect on all the challenges you faced, how you built your resilience, and confidence. Whispering to yourself, “although I had challenges throughout the year, I am grateful for my strength and my resilience,” wishing yourself peace, health, and happiness in the coming year.

Take a moment to reflect on moments that brought you joy. Whether it be an experience, a delightful book, a comforting meal, or simply a smile. Reflect on all the good you experienced throughout the year, bringing a sense of gratitude for everything life has to offer.

As we begin a new year, let us carry forward all we have learned and experienced, knowing we have the wisdom and compassion to welcome the coming year.

With gratitude and blessings.
