Connections — Remembering We Are Not Alone

It’s easy to feel disconnected at times — from others, from ourselves, and from the present moment. In my second episode, Connections, I explore how mindfulness helps us remember that we are never truly alone.

Through awareness of our breath, body, and shared human experience, we can gently reconnect — to ourselves, to others, and to life as it is.

In this episode, I reflect on:

• Why we often feel disconnected

• How mindfulness supports reconnection

• Our shared human experience

• A simple invitation to notice connection in everyday life

My intention in sharing this episode is not perfection as I am still learning. I offer it as a supportive resource for anyone seeking grounding, connection, or a reminder that they are not alone.

If this resonates with you, feel free to share it with someone who may need support.

Take care,

Karen
