with the rhythms of the earth.

of every breath that is taken.

In this moment, there is sanctuary.

In this moment, I am truly me.

of all that chases me.

In this moment, I am pure.

In this moment, nothing binds me.

In this moment, I am who I am.

In this moment, there is stillness.
